    Publish 1.9 has been released and with it comes some very cool new content additions!

    Dungeon Control

    Dungeon Control is an all new player initiated PvP system that we have tied into the existing Enhanced Guilds. Join in on the EPIC Guild vs Guild Battle Royale!

    Location of Altars
    There are 8 total altar locations: (Covetous, Deceit, Despise, Destard, Hythloth, Ice, Shame, and Wrong)

    Capturing A Dungeon
    Altars can only be captured by players that are in a Guild by standing on the platform for 10 minutes without leaving it. The capture time is increased by up to 500% (2 minutes) the more guild members that are standing on the platform. If you leave the platform, the timer will reset.
    When a Guild captures a Dungeon, there will be a global announcement announcing that the Guild has captured it.

    Contesting A Dungeon
    Dungeons can be contested at any time after it has been captured by standing on the altar as an opposing Guild. It will follow the same rules for capturing a Dungeon. You can view the Guild that holds the Dungeon and the contesting process by mousing over the Vortex in the middle of each altar.
    During the contesting process, when a Guild is contesting another Guild and reaches 5%, the Guild that owns the Dungeon will be notified that someone is trying to contest the Dungeon. Additionally, there will be a global announcement when the Guild reaches 10%.

    Captured Dungeon Buffs
    Guilds that have successfully captured a Dungeon will be rewarded various buffs for that Dungeon alone.
    These buffs include:
    +200 Luck
    +20% Gold loot bonus from monsters
    +20% Guild Experience from monsters slain.

    Additionally, any monster slain within that dungeon regardless of who killed the monster will reward the same amount of experience to the Guild that owns that dungeon.

    Keeping Track Of Captures/Contesting
    You can use the Enhanced Guild System's LOGS Tab to keep track of what was going on with Dungeons and if players have contested your Dungeons or which Dungeons you have captured.

    Trial Of Elements (Instanced Dungeon)
    "A rift in time and space has been discovered"

    Trial of Elements (ToE) is a new, up to 10-man difficult instance.
    Players can find this instance West of Britain's Bridge.

    This Instanced Dungeon features 5 progressively harder bosses called Aspects.
    Each boss has it's own special set of moves that require teamwork and coordination to defeat.
    Each boss room's reality is constantly being distorted, causing the floor tiles to dissolve over time.
    It will become very difficult to defeat the bosses once a lot of time passes.

    You must defeat the dungeon within 5 hours and there is a 12 hour cooldown before entering the Instanced Dungeon again.

    Once all 5 bosses have been defeated, and you have cut their corpses, you can turn their heads in to the altar to summon Voltaic.

    Voltaic will sell powerful artifacts for the price of Gold. You can view the items here.
    Voltaic will only sell 5 different items at a time and only one of each requiring players to defeat the Instanced Dungeon multiple times.

    Spellbook Attunement


    Attuning Spellbooks
    Spellbooks that are crafted and are exceptional will have the text displaying [Not Attuned]. Spellbooks with this text can be attuned and be made stronger.

    Available Attunements
    There are 7 available attunements in the game that can be crafted via the Inscription Menu. Some Attunements have a CAP or conditions, for example. Your spellbook cannot go over 1 Faster Casting. So a Faster Casting Attunement will not work on a spellbook that already has it. Lastly, once a Spellbook has been Attuned, it can no longer be Attuned again.

    The Available Attunements:
    +1 Faster Casting (Max of 1 FC on Spellbook)
    +1 Faster Cast Recovery (Max of 3 FC on Spellbook)
    + 2 Lower Mana Cost
    + 5 Lower Reagent Cost (Max of 20 LRC on Spellbook)
    + 40 Luck
    + 1 Mana Regeneration
    + 2 Spell Damage Increase

    The Final Product
    Once a Spellbook has been Attuned, the bonus property will be added to the spellbook and the book will be updated and will display [Attuned] in red. You can not further Attune a spellbook once it has already been Attuned.
